Do I need to book the Bike Tour in advance?

Yes, you have to book in advance to ensure availability and help us prepare for your arrival.

What is included in the Mundo Maya Bike Tour?

The tour includes car parking at the starting point, a guided bike route through cultural sites in Zone 7, museum entry, water refills, group leader staff, and opportunities to learn about the Mayan legacy.

What should I bring for the bike tour?

We recommend comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and a snack.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

The tour is for adults over 18 years old. Children over 12 may participate only under adult supervision.

Is transport available for the tour?

Yes, we offer round-trip transportation from Zone 10 to Zone 7 upon request for an additional fee. If you’d like to arrange transport, please let us know when booking, so we can ensure availability.

Do you offer bike rentals for the tour?

Yes, we provide bike rentals, but units are limited. To ensure we have the equipment ready for you, please reserve your rental when booking your tour. Helmets and other safety equipment are also included.
